 It's snowy weather again in Seattle (and Vancouver too, for that matter... brrrrr...cold)! Hip hop duo Blue Scholars just dropped this new joint called Coffee and Snow 2 which is the sequel to their original Coffee and Snow. You can download this single (dirty, clean, & instrumental versions) on bandcamp for $1. 1 Comment  This is a Philippines to New Jersey collaboration. The track is Marquiss' Break Bread featuring Hasan Salaam and Verse One. From Marquiss' album G.R.A.E (Greatest Rap Album Ever). All tracks produced by Chrizo. The album will be out November 25th.  454 Life Entertainment's Thai has dropped his solo mixtape The Statement. The mixtape has some originals and some covers. There's also a remake of Thai's internet hit from way back Burnin, ft. Suryil.  Hip hop music is alive in France! Most definitely, check out Première Salve from French rapper Soulkast. Real nice visuals from the music video. Soulkast's rapid fire flow ripped DJ Premier's beat to shreds! The song is also available for MP3 download.  Fly Away is an inspirational song by Blaze N Sly Kane feat. Pow Chavez from The Philippines. Blaze N Sly Kane both rap in the style of Bone Thugs. Blaze (the guy with the goatee) sounds a lot like Bizzy Bone.  Hong Kong rapper TFP (which stands for "The Fabulous P") does a webcam performance of his song Angel, over the instrumental from Destiny Child's Soldier.  This is clip of Sbazzo performing live in Beijing, China. Sbazzo is one half of Beijing's most popular hip duo, Yin Ts'ang. I think I see Grand Master Chu acting as the hype man!  Jackie Chain is out with another pseudo pimp rap called This Is Not Enough, featuring Mali Boi & Assasyn. Produced by Block Beataz. Sampled from Tatu's All The Things She Said (remember the Russian lesbian duo from way back?). Jackie Chain's rapping style is always consistent even though he raps about seemingly "wrong things". Definitely one of my favorite up and coming rappers.  RedPandaSan, a Vietnamese rapper from OC, California, came out with this nice meditative song about his struggles called So Long (Hustler Anthem). Feelin this one.  Lost is by Vancouver hip hop group Global Syndicate featuring Zane Gold on the hook. The music video really captures the "coldness" of life in Vancouver. | About the author
