Representing Chicago, IL are The WHOevers, a hip hop duo consisting of DotKom and  J. Arthur.  They got a song dedicated to all the silly girls out there called Silly Girl.  The song reminds me a lot about the No Pigeons song by Sporty Thieves, but this one is a much smoother joint.
